7 Days Easy Return Policy

At TeleDukan, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice (if available).

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

• Products without original packaging

• Personal care items and hygiene-related products after opening

• Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the product. Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds may be sent through bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Exchange Policy
